Oh MacBlogger

I am trying to blog on a Mac computer. Never have done it before (except yesterday) and I am not so excited about my pictures not being loaded correctly.

So turn your head to the side after this first picture of my breakfast this morning.

So here is Ashley and I playing checkers in Cracker Barrel. Yup, that is where we ate dinner. Delicious big meal and dessert for a total of $13. We got a free cab ride over cause we shared the cab with another guy from our hotel, and then we didn't have cash (we thought we could use a credit card) so the cab driver gave us a ride home for free.

She finally has a smile on her face after we are nice and fed!

Or maybe she was smiling because she kicked my butt in checkers.

I am sure it was because of the food.

And here is a cute picture of Ryann and Curious George. My sitter took this picture of her and she is just the sweetest little thing.

I miss my girls.

When I get home tomorrow night I am going to walk into their rooms and snuggle with each of them. Well, actually just Ryann because she likes to cuddle with me when she sleeps. Cara like to wake up and play with me. I will give Cara a kiss though.

And then cuddle with her in the morning!

Quick Trip Recap

I took a quick trip this weekend to do a little shopping with a girlfriend. And when I mean shopping I mean a LOT of shopping all crammed into one day.

We arrived Friday night and drove downtown to find some noodles. We found them HERE:

Seriously amazing. The best garlic butter noodles I have ever eaten in my life. I wanted to take them home because I couldn't finish them all, but I didn't because they would have been so stinky and I wouldn't have had time to eat them with all the other eating that we did.

Then off to bed we went at some SLS Hotel you know, whatev... (see me trying to hide my giddiness and pretend to be cool)

We kept wanting to go back to get different food throughout the day, but since we had limited hours we couldn't waste a second by going back to somewhere we had already been.

So then we went off to go shopping. I didn't bring my camera (seriously???) but we had fun shopping on Rodeo drive.

Once we walked and tried on enough clothes to work up an appetite we headed to a delicious little place called Lemonade. I guess there are two different locations. We went to the one in Beverly Hills. We ate amazing pastas and macaroni and cheese and I drank the watermelon rosemary lemonade.

Their dessert was heavenly. Like I KNOW that I will eat their lemon meringue pie when I am in heaven. In fact, that might be the only thing that I eat when I am in heaven.

Last but not least, my celebrity sighting... Please don't ask who he is if you don't know, I don't want to admit that I watch this TV show.
