Saturday night we had a bunch of friends over for some pumpkin carving fun! The night started out like this- lots of kids and parents mostly doing the pumpkin carving.
Rich was looking all around for Ryann but she was having so much fun playing with friends that she wasn't very interested in the pumpkin.
However- little Nick here was very determined to carve the most amazing pumpkin ever. He sat and worked so hard and ended up with an awesome pumpkin.
The girls here (ryann, madison, and kennedy) had fun eating their pizza on the small bench. Ryann was the only one who wouldn't smile.
Finally Nugs was interested in the pumpkin her daddy was carving. I will post finished pictures soon.
And finally the night ended with roasting marshmallows. Very close parental supervision of course. Ryann did not like the marshmallows but she loved roasting them.
Rex here was attempting to explain marshmallow roasting to Kennedy, but it was just too much. All she wanted was to eat the marshmallows.
I don't blame her.

That looks like so much fun! What irresponsible parents putting their girls in shorts in late October! shame shame. They would be frozen and wet in Chicago with tricks like that...
