Final Day

Seriously- another camping post? You betcha!
Moni, Marcellus, Sophie, and Ryann.
I was trying to get a cute one of Moni and her kids since it was her birthday- but Ryann was insistent on being in the picture.
And on the last day of camping who cares?
Ryann is loving the camera lately.
The last day of camping was so windy that they made us put out our campfires. This was a bummer because we had to cook all of our lunch on the little tiny grill that was at each campsite. It made cooking potatoes and corn much more difficult.
We then made some Ice Cream in a Bag. Yes, you heard me. Amazing.
1 cup half and half
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
mix in a ziplock bag.
Then put in a gallon ziplock bag, surround with 6 tablespoons rock salt and ice.
SHAKE!
Shake until the ice cream gets hard and then unzip and eat.
Delicious.
I think Cara fell asleep in the car with this bag of melted ice cream in her lap. She was in heaven.
