I had a cute patient today who recently gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. Her mom was so excited to share in the joy of her new granddaughter so she made these adorable baskets filled with chocolate for me and my staff and then she gave us all rings.
Mine of course had the most bling and was the biggest. This little turtle guy is a hit at our house. It's head and feet move. Cara hugged it for about 10 minutes saying, "Oh turtle, i love you" and Ryann told me his name was "no no the turtle."
